North West Areas: The band were disappointed to be placed 13th out of the 18 bands competing in the third section at Blackpool. The band were pleased with their performance and despite the result feel they're making good progress. After just 6 months of playing under the baton of David Chapman the band have built a good foundation. Thanks to David, the band and our supporters for the hard work and commitment shown leading up to the contest. We're now looking forward to working up an exciting programme for our spring and summer concerts.
